My Security Door is a Melbourne-based security door specialist providing Crimsafe and steel security door design, manufacture, and professional installation across Melbourne, Geelong, and surrounding areas. Our products are locally made in our production facility in Epping, Victoria, and our team are all based in Victoria giving you the benefit of quality support and customer service.
Our story
My Security Door was founded in 1990 under the name Michael’s Security Doors, with the mission to raise the standard of home security in Victoria. From day one, our focus has been simple: manufacture and install security doors that offer the highest level of protection to Melbourne homes.
We changed our name to MSD Melbourne, and after expanding into regional hubs such as Geelong and Mornington Peninsula, we re-branded to My Security Door. And while our name may have changed over time, our commitment to our customers and our quality products have not. We are renowned as a trusted local provider of Crimsafe and steel security doors and unlike resellers we manufacture our security doors in-house from our Epping factory in Victoria.
