HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...11 July 2022, I ordered and purchased 1 x Hoppers Crossing security door and 1 x crimsafe sliding door. Each costing $1000.
7 September 2023 was alarmed to notice security mesh was coming away on Hoppers Crossing security door and was easily pushed out from outside of door, hence no longer secure.
Called on same day and advised that I only just discovered the mesh was not right and was coming away close to door handle.
On same day an installation coordinator contacted me via email asking for photos.
Sent a number of pictures on same day.
11 September was contacted advising it was not warranted and I had to pay $300 for it to be fixed.
I sent message same day insisting the faulty door be looked at in person and that it was not a secure door as it was advertised to be.
12 September was contacted that if I was wanting to get a more secure door to get a Crimsafe security door and pay a further $1000.
12 September I wrote back asking for it to be rectified or my money back.
No response.
27 September resent message.
Still no response.
Furthermore, on assessing my sliding Crimsafe door, I was disappointed to noticed that they installed the door the wrong way around with the screws facing outside of the door, so someone can easily remove the screws. Unfortunately this security door is also not secure.
What a total waste of money and ordeal.

Mesh on Security Door is coming away near handle and I am told it is not covered under warranty! Plus have to pay more to have fixed. And Crimsafe Door was installed with screws facing outside!

We have used MSD 4 or 5 times now. Every time has been a pleasant experience. This was no exception. The salesman & the installer were punctual & friendly. Everything was cleaned up. I would use them again if the need arose & I can heartily recommend them.
Excellent company to do business with. From the first point of contact via telephone conversation to the 'owner' measuring up, to the installers who installed the screens. The final result is well worth the investment. The screens look amazing!! I need to save up now and get the whole house done. Give them a go - 100% satisfied.
Had our new security door installed last week, everything was faultless. Their customer service from start to finish was excellent , kept me updated the whole way through. My new MSD security door is very stylish and fits perfectly with the front yard. It allows more fresh air and light inside the house. I recommend this security door to anyone who wants to have a stylish and safe security door.
I'm not sure Doncaster was the branch because we didn't visit one. The salesperson was good and knew the product. The fitter was friendly and took trouble to make sure front and back fitted correctly. We had to have an aluminium sliding back door and it is certainly not as strong as our old steel one but this was the only option for sliding door now.
I can't recommend MSD Doncaster highly enough. After my initial visit to their showroom I had Chris come out and give me a quote for the Crimsafe Ultimate security door and hinged security panel. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I didn't bother getting any other quotes and told him to go ahead with the work. Approximately 6 weeks later the door and panel were installed and I'm very happy with the high quality of the product.
Purchased security door with custom design for my elderly parents. From first enquiry, to viewing the door range at the Doncaster showroom, then consultant providing measure and quote, until the door arrived and installed we had no issues at all. We cannot fault MSD Doncaster! The entire process was so easy. All of the staff we dealt with from the office, to the salesman to the installer were wonderful!
