Very happy with our new security door. Other companies wouldn’t offer a solution to fit over our large pivot door. MSD said it wasn’t a problem at all. Very professional company to deal with and excellent customer service. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a top notch job.

Levi the installer was not only professional but did a banging job with the install, and took the time to explain the features.

I have continiously reached out to MSD regarding my door install. The lock continious to get jammed and does not lock properly. They have sent out technicians but they just advise that it needs lubrication. This was my last resort to leave a review as I want my lock replaced. Its still under warranty but they keep ignoring my concerns.
Security Door for Oversized Pivot Door…it can be done. From measuring day to installation…faultless friendly service delivered when they said they would. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish. Recommend MSD to anyone that requires a little extra security and air flow. Great work MSD to you all.

I came across MSD when I asked my neighbourhood Facebook group for companies locals recommend for security doors. All of their locations have very high reviews, which was a great start, but I can see why - At every point of this process they have been spot on.

Crim Safe security door installed to front door and to sliding door. Received a quote over the phone and booked appointment for measure, owner attended to measure and was a pleasure to deal with and gave advice and showed photos of colour options etc. Installation was done in 1.5hrs. Paid the day of install.

I would like to start with their level of consistency. Every time for every job they messed up things. Used their services for 3 jobs for my house and every time when they came for installation product dimensions are different to what they supposed to be so remeasure it again and again , not to mention the extended timeframe due to all this. This morning I was suppose to get crimsafe door for our main door and as expected frame installation was easy part but when it comes to door once again they nailed it with out of frame door. Remeasure it to make sure it's correct next time not to mention the same measurement was done twice before. Best part when called response was we'll look in to it.
Crimsafe connected me with MSD Epping, and the experience was excellent. I received a rough quote over the phone for two Crimsafe Ultra security doors. A friendly representative then visited for a full measurement and quote, even suggesting colors to match the existing door, which I hadn't considered. No deposit was required, and the quote was thoroughly explained before I signed. The price was reasonable.
Although it took a few weeks to get the doors installed due to manufacturing time, the installation process was swift. The installer ensured we tested all the door functions before he left.
The doors themselves are impressive. I can still clearly see the design of my front door through the Crimsafe.

I had my security door installed yesterday and was surprised to find out my side panel was not included in the price.
I was initially contacted after my measure for a quote and was given a total price. I was advised I did not need to be home, so I did not see what was measured. I automatically assumed the price included the door and the side panel as all photos on social media displayed both doors and side panels covered. I was not offered 2 prices, one with the side panel and one without, hence the assumption it was all inclusive. One would assume that if a company offers a free measure and quote, the side panel would be included, as it is a given that customers would want to have that protected too. It is pointless to have a top of the range security door and not have the side glass panel covered where people can alternatively smash the glass.
I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. The reason I went with my security was due to the reviews and the price assuming it would all be covered.
After installation I contacted the head office and spoke to the receptionist for a lengthy period of time, only to be told to call back because she was training. She advised if I wanted the side panel it would cost half the price of my door, an additional $600.
Had I have known this prior to installation, I definitely would not have gone through my security. Now I’m left with a “top of the Range” security door with the side panel unprotected.
I feel I have been mislead as all the quotes were verbal. The process from start to finish was done with such professionalism. MSD Epping did the measure, quote and installation. We were kept updated with the arrival of the installation on the day which made it also pleasant. The quality and the look has made our home look so much better. I would highly recommend these guys.

MSD Melbourne Security Doors make the best doors in the market. I just love my new Crimsafe Designer Door it looks awesome. It not only looks good but feels so much more safer in my home.

We had front door and 4 sliding glass panel doors at the rear. The colour match was perfect. The installer was competent, dealing with the office was a pleasure and it looks amazing. Even our building project manager was very impressed. Love the latest technology too. The security of our home is a major investment and we wanted the best. We had our door installed by MSD Epping and have to say we are extremely impressed best quality security door on the market the sales staff are very helpful as we had lots of questions and where not sure which door would suit our purpose. When they came to measure we found our door frame was 16mm out of square so I was a bit worried about the gap’s being consistent as a carpenter myself I was going to fit the door but no, it was part of their service great one less job for me. The guys that came to install the door where very friendly and professional and where done in about 1/2 an hour and the door fitted perfectly.They also didn’t take a deposit and billed us once the door was installed. Overall fantastic service from start to finish
From start to finish. MSD has been great to deal with. The sales guy was insightful and informative but not pushy. The installation of the Crimsafe door was quick and professional. The following installation by John and trainee Kevin for our sliding doors was highly professional, well-mannered and polite. John even noticed our Crimsafe door was not closing as well as it should and advised, that he would look into this before he left. He then, fixed it on his way out! I was going to raise it but was amazed that he saw it and flagged it before I could upon entry to our home. I've had a bunch of other installers in our new home recently to do window furnishings etc... and none of them has provided the level of care and professional service as John. Would highly recommend MSD and say you should request John for the installation.
I recently had 3 Aluminium security doors (diamond shape), as well as one sliding security door (diamond shape) and two sliding fly screen on stacker doors. I paid a bit more to upgrade the insect mesh to TuffScreen Mesh.
All the doors look fantastic and match the house(s) really well.
MSD were very competitively priced, they turned up on time for the measure and also for the install.
