The finished product is colour matched extremely well and enhances our period facade.
Dealing with head office via email was poor and frustrating (several emails not responded too or significantly delayed) as was communication regarding appointment times. Felt dismissed and that they did not care about styffing up other people’s calendars at the last minute.
This was a balls up...
They just did not listen..
Time frame for each stuff up just dragged on and on...till we just ended excepting what was delivered. And threats are not good customer service to pay up because others muck ups..
Not happy.
Was a delay but that was understandable considering the product was being shipped from overseas
Overall was a quick and easy install, the quote was fair and affordable, can’t put a price on safety
