Our initial interactions with the customer service & sales was great, regardless of the fact that there was such a long wait for every step of the process (even for our initial home visit).
I have in the meantime reached out to the sales team on the 31 May 2025, however I haven't heard back from them at all.
These include but are not limited to:
- the side panel being taller than the actual door
not one person throughout this whole process pointed out the fact that the side panel will be taller. Given that the sales person was not able to match the colour 100%, it stands out
the installation was rushed and poorly done, including scratches being left - especially on the side panel (not just pencil marks)
the black screws used really stand out and due to the lack of care they look really messy; again not one person pointed this out to us
- The person that came by to do the installation was lovely, however again, it felt very rushed. Given that your products are not cheap and highly valued, we are frankly quite disappointed.
At this stage, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. You would be paying premium prices for below average care and attention to detail.
