Our Crimsafe doors are made from .9mm thick Tensile-Tuff® 304 structural-grade stainless steel mesh, which is 26.5% thicker than standard security mesh. This mesh is designed to be stronger than 316 marine-grade mesh, with a higher tensile strength that allows it to absorb more energy during an attack. The mesh is clamped into an aluminium frame using a patented screw-clamp system with Santoprene rubber, providing high-tensile resistance against impacts, cutting, and corrosion. The materials are designed to be corrosion-resistant, pet-resistant, and capable of resisting knife attacks and heavy impacts.
Our steel doors are built using high-strength steel and have fully welded and mitred corners, which results in maximum structural strength and better corrosion resistance. They have heavy duty security hinges and pins that prevent tampering or forced entry and support the heavy weight of steel construction to avoid door droop.
