My husband and I are ecstatic with the excellent service, and finished product, in replacing our old security doors from "My Security Door" company.
From my first contact with Karen at the Clyde office, to the culmination of having them fitted, where the installer was so very efficient at the task in hand, the whole experience was smooth and worry-free.
We were kept informed at all stages of the job and every staff member we dealt with was dedicated to the job of making sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We experienced an extremely high level of Customer Service from all involved; all staff being respectful and helpful.
Testament to the confidence this company has in its product is the fact that no deposit was asked for and the doors delivered and installed before asking for total settlement. Quite amazing this day and age.
