Extremely impressed with the service from start to finish with My Security Door. Michael came out to my property promptly to measure and quote, was knowledgeable and catered to a last minute change in colour. My install was efficient and of an excellent quality. I also like the texts advising eta to arrival, little touches that made the whole process seamless. Love the finished product and quality of my Crimsafe doors. Would recommend and use again.

Great service from my original enquiry to installation.
Michael attended the house on 30 August and provided a written no obligation quote for a Crimsafe sliding door.
Installation occurred on 23 September.
The installer did a great job and we are so pleased with the door.
I thoroughly recommend this Company to anyone looking for the best service and installation.

I contacted My Security Door for a quote for a security front door online on their website.

Within a couple of hours I received a phone call regarding my quote and a time to attend my property was organised from that phone call.

From that first phone call, to the quote, to the process of receiving my front door, My Security Door went way and above any other company that I have interacted with in a very
long time.

The quote was received the same day after Mitchell attended and measured up the front door, I was advised that it would take eight weeks and it took seven weeks.

During that seven weeks I was kept up-to-date with emails and text messages of the progress of the door.

Would highly recommend My Security Door as I could not fault their initial contact to the installation of the door.
Great customer service which is very hard to find these days.
